Shipping policy

Where do you ship?

We ship to Canada and the United States.  We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses.

Do you offer free shipping?

Standard shipping is free for all orders $60 CAD or more in Canada, or $100 CAD or more in USA (pre-tax and shipping costs). For orders under $60 CAD in Canada, flat fee shipping is $10. For orders under $100 CAD in USA, flat fee shipping is $14.  Domestic express shipping is a flat fee of $20.  International express shipping is a flat fee of $25.

When will my order arrive?

All Simply You products are processed within 1-3 business days - orders will then be shipped at the speed selected. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Once the carrier accepts and scans your package, the tracking information will be sent via email.

How do I cancel my order?

Please email us at info@simply-you.ca with the word "cancel" in the subject line as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee order cancellation as we ship very quickly.
